Nirvana Meals is currently operating as a pilot student-run food service within ECJTU for testing and feedback purposes.

It is not yet an officially registered business entity under Chinese law.

All transactions are part of this pilot testing program and are conducted for customer experience validation only.

By ordering from Nirvana Meals, you acknowledge that you are participating in this pilot test and agree that Nirvana Meals and its operators shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses beyond the direct value of the meal purchased.

These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers govern your access to and use of our website, WeChat page, and related food delivery services (“Service”).

By using our Service, you agree to comply with these terms and our privacy practices.

7. Ordering, Payment & Refunds

  • Orders are placed via our website, WeChat, or approved channels.

  • Payments are securely handled through third-party services (WeChat Pay, Alipay).

  • Once food has been prepared, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • If there is an issue (wrong or missing order), contact us within 24 hours — we’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver according to preset school or dorm schedules.

  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, campus access, or weather.

  • If unavailable, we may leave your order at a secure pickup point.

  • Please collect promptly to ensure food safety.

9. Pricing, Packages & Promotions

  • All prices are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY).

  • Prices, packages, and promotions may change without prior notice.

  • Referral and discount programs (like “Founders Club” or “VIP Referral Club”) are limited-time offers and may require verification.

10. Packaging & Presentation

We emphasize brand quality and sustainable packaging. However, due to supplier variations or stock limits, actual packaging may differ slightly from promotional photos.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials — including logos, menus, packaging designs, and website content — are the property of Nirvana Meals.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our website or payment system.

  • Submit false information or fraudulent orders.

  • Share offensive, defamatory, or misleading content under our name.

  • Nirvana Meals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays or third-party failures.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

  • Participation in the pilot program is voluntary, and you acknowledge it may involve limited operational testing.

We reserve the right to modify menus, prices, or delivery operations as part of our pilot testing process.

Any major changes will be announced through our official communication channels.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, they will be referred to the appropriate local court in [Nanchang, China].
